Hello Hill Country Landowner:
I hope all is well and you are having a great start to the
New Year. I wanted to take a minute to remind you that if you are still
considering filing for a Wildlife Management Tax valuation(Exemption), the
April 30th deadline will be here sooner than we think.
In the next couple of months, Plateau will write
and file nearly 100 wildlife management plans for folks in Central Texas.
After the end of February we often end up in a position where we begin to
reach our capacity. This is a good thing for us and something we are all
accustomed to, but there is a limit to how many of these plans we can do before
the deadline.
If you are seriously considering making the move to Wildlife Management for your property, now is the best time to contact us to get started. We are not quite into the busiest part of the plan season and there is still time to get in ahead of the rush. By signing up now, you are guaranteed that we will be able to complete your plan and file your applications prior to the deadline.
